This is a program designed for athletes to improve their overall level of fitness, strength, speed, power, flexibility and balance. This class will enhance the ability to prevent injuries and have a safe workout by focusing on form and technique. All workouts can be modified to fit any sport.

General Fitness

Functionally Fit at Every Age

This circuit training program is designed to target your core while improving strength, flexibility and balance. This class will enhance your ability to prevent injury and establish a safe environment by focusing on form and technique. All workouts can be modified to fit any specific activity on land or in water.

Walk ins

PUMP offers walk in hours from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. During walk in hours you will workout with a trainer who will design your workout around what you want to accomplish. All workouts can be modified to fit any level of fitness.
